Cancellation Policy
Resurrection Tattoo Studio – Terms & Conditions 2024–2025 Business Name: Stuart Forster (UK) Ltd (13429244) Address: 201 West Street, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 0EN Phone: 07771 751592 | Email: admin@resurrectionstudio.co.uk Bookings Appointments require a non-refundable Booking Fee to secure. No appointment is confirmed without it. Sleeve work requires a minimum of four dates booked with a rolling Booking Fee. Bookings are made directly between The Artist and The Client — no third parties. Communication Clients must respond promptly. No response within 7 days risks cancellation; 14 days results in forfeiture of Booking Fee. All consultation time is included in your fee. Designs All designs remain The Artist’s property. Design work is charged if appointments are cancelled or moved. Minor changes require at least 7 days’ notice. Clients are responsible for checking names, dates, and foreign text. Cancellations A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations within this period forfeit the Booking Fee. Illness must be evidenced. One reschedule allowed per Booking Fee. No-shows will lose the Booking Fee and risk refusal of further bookings. Appointments Arrive clean, well-rested, with no products on your skin. Clients over 15 minutes late may lose their appointment and Booking Fee. Consent forms and ID are mandatory. Appointment time includes stencil application and any breaks. Incomplete appointments at the client’s request are fully chargeable. Cover-Ups Must be larger and darker to be effective. No free touch-ups for cover-ups. Touch-Ups Free touch-ups are offered only if correct aftercare is followed. Healed modifications are charged at the studio’s hourly rate. Pricing & Payment Tattoos are priced by time, not per piece, and subject to material cost changes. Full payment is due immediately after the appointment. Third-party payments require approval. Late payments attract interest and recovery costs. Liability & Risk Tattoos carry risks including infection, allergic reaction, and pigment loss. The Artist’s liability is limited to the appointment price. Clients approve stencil placement and finished work before needles are disposed of. Governing Law These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales. By booking an appointment, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
